The research method used is theoretical research, which aims to develop a conceptual framework and theoretical understanding of zero management. The quality standards and quality dimensions used in this study are derived from existing literature. The results of the research indicate that zero management has significant potential to improve product and process quality through the elimination of defects and operational efficiency. The study also finds that the successful implementation of zero management is highly dependent on organizational commitment, adequate training, and the use of appropriate quality management tools. The conclusion of this study is that integrating zero management with strict quality standards and a deep understanding of quality dimensions can lead to significant improvements in overall organizational performance. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diuji pengarunhnya terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang mengindikasikan belum maksimal. Dibutuhkan adanya <em>trigger </em>yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah ditengarai menjadi variabel yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136. Penetapan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode <em>proportional random sampling</em> dengan rumus <em>slovin</em> dan sampel uji coba 30 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebar melalui <em>google form.</em> Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (pengujian hipotesis). Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang dihitung menggunakan <em>software SPSS versi 25</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X<sub>1</sub>) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables (X), namely the Outdoor Learning method and the dependent variable (Y), namely student learning outcomes. The population of this study were students of class VB and VC SD Negeri 30 Palembang which amounted to 56 students, the samples taken were class VB students as an experimental class of 28 students taught using the Outdoor Learning method and class VC as a control class of 28 students taught conventionally. In sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study is an art making test, the test is used to improve student learning outcomes in SBdP subjects. Data analysis techniques using t-tests. SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak has implemented various educational programs in an effort to achieve this goal, such as tutoring programs, improving learning facilities, and teacher training. This research aims to activate the effectiveness of educational programs that have been implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak in improving students' academic achievement. The evaluation was carried out using mixed methods, namely a combination of a quantitative approach through analysis of student academic achievement data and a qualitative approach through interviews with related parties. The evaluation results show that the tutoring program has had a positive impact on improving student academic achievement, however the program to improve learning facilities and teacher training has not been fully effective. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations for optimizing the implementation of educational programs by integrating digital technology, increasing parental involvement, and conducting regular teacher training. However, researcher saw that during the process of learning hadith in the tsudy program other than the Science of the Qur'an and Tafsir, it was found that many students were still not able to recite the hadith which was used as a postulate for a law when used in a discussion, even most of them did not know the term takhrij hadith. This paper aims to explain how important it is to learn and understand the science of takhrij hadith for all students at Islamic Universities because they will interact with hadiths related to the law that need to be ascertained the status of the hadith. The method used in this study is a qualitative method starting with observations and interviews with students in the Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, Islamic Economic Law Study Program, Sharia Banking Study Program, Constitutional Law, Islamic Criminal Law and also the Islamic Religious Education Study Program STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. The results of the study show that the majority of students still do not know the science of takhrij hadith and do not understand how to check the authenticity of a hadiths or not unless it is stated in the reference they use. The researcher sees the importance of students knowing the science of takhrij hadith, at least knowing how to make a practical and easy <em>takhrij</em>, namely with a contemporary method (digital), either using software such as <em>maktabah shamilah </em>or directly online to trusted websites such as <em>www.dorar.net</em> or <em>www.islamweb.net</em>. At least students have the knowledge to extract hadith from its original source (m<em>a</em><em>?</em><em>?dir</em> al-a<em>?</em>liyah) so that the status of a hadith used as a postulate for a law in their learning is known. The researcher used qualitative methods with descriptive analysis approach from literature review. The compiler also used the Maudu'i method which is a method of interpreting Al-Quran verses based on certain themes or topics discussed in the surah or part of the verse being studied. With this research, it was found that the value of social education in Surah Al-Maun is to build awareness among others, in this case it is emphasized for orphans and the poor by giving alms from the best goods. In this discussion, the interpretation of worship and muamalah must be in harmony. It is concluded that good and correct worship produces individuals who care about society and are not limited to God. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota organisasi mahasiswa PMII STAI JM Tanjung Pura. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 50 orang. temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil rata-rata pada persentase alternative jawaban responden dominan yaitu 56,7% dimana rentang ini berada pada kategori <strong>“</strong>Baik<strong>”</strong>. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population in this study were fifth grade students and the sampling technique was a total sampling of 50 students. The data collection technique uses a test consisting of a pre-test and post-test, each with 20 multiple choice questions. The results of the trial test on 20 students and validity were obtained with r count = 0.765 with a significance level of 5% with rtable = 0.404. Reliability test with index r11 = 0.773 with high category reliability. The difference between questions is in the good and very good categories, while the difficulty level of the questions is in the categories of 25% easy, 50% medium and 25% difficult. Furthermore, the differentiating power of the test was found to be 15% of questions in the very good category, 35% in the good category, 50% in the quite good category. Descriptive data analysis techniques related to the description of the achievement of mastery of science learning outcomes on the ecosystem matter in the low category were 6 people (24%), in the medium category 11 people (44%) and in the high category 8 people (32%). The pre-test and post-test normality tests for the experimental class obtained sig values of 0.286 &gt; 0.05 and 0.156 &gt; 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test obtained a significance value of 0.992 &gt; 0.05, which means the data is homogeneous. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah menengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja practitioner. Kepala sekolah yang bisa memberikan arahan yang nyata, memberdayakan staf, dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, mendorong terciptanya budaya pembelajaran yang dinamis di sekolah. Selain itu, kebijakan penilaian kinerja practitioner yang transparan dan berorientasi pengembangan turut berperan dalam merangsang upaya pengembangan diri para pendidik. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Untuk meningkatkan keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data dengan membandingkan berbagai sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis dengan reduksi data untuk menyajikan temuan yang komprehensif, kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ibnu Sina mengemukakan konsep pendidikan yang mencakup tujuan, kurikulum, metode, dan guru. Tujuan pendidikan diklasifikasikan meliputi jasmani, budi pekerti, dan keterampilan, serta membagi kurikulum berdasarkan jenjang usia. Metode pembelajarannya meliputi talqin, demonstrasi, keteladanan, diskusi, magang, penugasan, tarhib, dan targhib. Guru, menurutnya, harus menjadi teladan dengan sifat-sifat seperti akal sehat, agama yang kuat, berakhlakul karimah, pemahaman tentang peserta didik, berwibawa, kepribadian yang tangguh, wawasan luas, tutur kata yang sopan, pintar, terpelajar, berpenampilan yang baik dan rapi, dan hati yang tulus. Tujuan penelitian penulis adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dengan mengajarkan siswa kelas VIII–6 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran cara melempar bola salju dengan menggunakan bola kertas akan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, empat proses digunakan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran kelas VIII–VII ikut serta dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus, dengan dua sesi pada setiap siklusnya. Berdasarkan penelitian, siswa kelas VIII–6 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran dapat berprestasi belajar materi artikel ilmiah populer mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang lebih baik apabila menggunakan teknik pembelajaran melempar bola salju dengan bola kertas. Thematic data analysis is used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah has made some progress, but there are still several obstacles that need to be addressed. Adobe Flash Professional CS6 is one of the applications that can be used as interactive learning media for letter and number recognition. This study aims to analyze the use of Adobe Flash Professional CS6 in the introduction of letters and numbers in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study design, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at a public elementary school in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, with informants being the principal, school operator, and several classroom teachers. The results show that Flash-based learning media can visualize abstract concepts to be more concrete and interesting through animation and interactive features, thus helping students understand the material better and increasing their learning motivation. However, the use of digital-based learning media requires parental assistance to supervise children's use of technology. The study utilized a sample of 30 respondents, collecting data through a questionnaire to measure scores of teacher competence (X) and student learning motivation (Y). Correlation analysis yielded a correlation coefficient (r_xy) of 0.880, indicating a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The findings emphasize the importance of investing in training and developing teachers' abilities to effectively utilize technology as a supportive tool in the learning process.
