Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan metode deskritif analisis yang datanya diperoleh melalui penelitian literer. Penelitian literer sumber datanya adalah materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, serta buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Di samping itu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan silang (cross-sectional). Untuk mengolah data penulis menggunakan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan diambil dari analisis data berupa temuan karakteristik nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan obyektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, terkandung nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural, yaitu Nilai Demokrasi, Nilai Humanisme atau Kemanusiaan (humanisme), Nilai Pluralisme, Nilai Keadilan (al-‘Adalah), Nilai Kesamaan (as-Sawiyah), Nilai Kebebasan atau kemerdekaan (al-Hurriyah), Nilai Toleransi (Tasaamuh), Nilai Silaturrahim.

This study aims to explore the concept of zero management in the context of quality standards and related quality dimensions. The research method used is theoretical research, which aims to develop a conceptual framework and theoretical understanding of zero management. The quality standards and quality dimensions used in this study are derived from existing literature. The results of the research indicate that zero management has significant potential to improve product and process quality through the elimination of defects and operational efficiency. The study also finds that the successful implementation of zero management is highly dependent on organizational commitment, adequate training, and the use of appropriate quality management tools. The conclusion of this study is that integrating zero management with strict quality standards and a deep understanding of quality dimensions can lead to significant improvements in overall organizational performance. This research contributes theoretically by offering a new perspective on how zero management can be applied and optimized in managerial practice.

Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Budaya Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah

Rendahnya motivasi kerja dapat terjadi yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor baik internal maupun eksternal. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diuji pengarunhnya terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang mengindikasikan belum maksimal. Dibutuhkan adanya trigger yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah ditengarai menjadi variabel yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136. Penetapan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan sampel uji coba 30 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (pengujian hipotesis). Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X₁) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan budaya sekolah (X₂) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Ketiga, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X₁) terhadap budaya sekolah (X₂).

Sekolah menjadi salah satu tempat bagi siswa dalam mengembangkan dirinya serta menggali berbagai pengetahuan termasuk dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakternya. Pengembangan karakter siswa salah satunya yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Torgamba melalui penerapan budaya 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan budaya 5S di SMA Negeri 3 Torgamba yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi sebagai upaya pengembangan pendidikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang dilaksanakankan pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara dan observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan budaya 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun) sebagai upaya pengembangan pendidikan karakter siswa di SMA Negeri 3 Torgamba dapat berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil mengembangkan pendidikan karakternya yang dapat dilihat dari keseharian siswa di lingkungan sekolah maupun diluar sekolah.

Evaluation of educational programs is an effort to find out the goals of education, it can also be interpreted as an effort to provide information that will later be conveyed to decision makers. This study is intended to review how evaluation of educational programs can play a role in optimizing the quality of learning. By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. This makes it easier for educational staff to find out which programs are suitable to be implemented. Thus, evaluation of educational programs plays a very important role in improving the quality of learning.

Melalui pendekatan studi kasus di SDIT Al Firdaus Banjarmasin, penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk memahami pentingnya strategi manajemen keuangan dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya dalam lingkungan SDIT Al Firdaus Banjarmasin. Proses penganggaran dipandu oleh skala prioritas yang terdiri dari empat tingkatan, yaitu mendesak dan penting, penting tapi tidak mendesak, tidak penting tapi mendesak, dan tidak penting dan tidak mendesak. This study aims to determine whether the Outdoor Learning method can improve the learning outcomes of SBdP of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 30 Palembang. This research is a type of quantitative research using the experimental method of True Experimental Design in the form of posttest-only control design. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables (X), namely the Outdoor Learning method and the dependent variable (Y), namely student learning outcomes. The population of this study were students of class VB and VC SD Negeri 30 Palembang which amounted to 56 students, the samples taken were class VB students as an experimental class of 28 students taught using the Outdoor Learning method and class VC as a control class of 28 students taught conventionally. In sampling using purposive sampling. The data collection technique used in this study is an art making test, the test is used to improve student learning outcomes in SBdP subjects. Data analysis techniques using t-tests. The results showed the value of tcount = 4.487> ttable = 1.674 and a significant value <0.05 then HO is rejected, which means that there is an effect of the Outdoor Learning method on student learning outcomes in SBdP subjects in grade V SD Negeri 30 Palembang.

Masalah yang terjadi dalam penelitian adalah kurangnya pemahaman guru PAI terhadap modul ajar, belum adanya pelatihan dalam membuat modul ajar, dan tidak adanya modul ajar yang dibuat oleh guru PAI di SMKS I Bina Taruna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan datanya dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Modul Ajar yang ada di SMKS Bina Taruna 1 Medan mengacu kepada Surat Keputusan BSKAP Nomor 033/H/KR/2022 Tentang revisi Capaian Pembelajaran dan Keputusan Kepala BSKAP Nomor 009/H/KR/2022 tentang Dimensi dan Elemen Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru PAI ini memiliki pengalaman yang luas dalam menggunakan modul dan memiliki pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang cara menggunakannya secara efektif. Dan Bagi guru yang baru mengenal modul, pemahaman mereka mungkin lebih dangkal dan memerlukan waktu untuk belajar cara mengintegrasikannya ke dalam pembelajaran sehari-hari. Ada beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam menyusun dan menjalankan modul ajar yaitu keterbatasan sumber daya, kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan siswa, kesulitan teknis, dan kesulitan dalam penerapan prinsip pembelajaran aktif.

Improving student academic achievement is one of the main priorities in the world of education. SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak has implemented various educational programs in an effort to achieve this goal, such as tutoring programs, improving learning facilities, and teacher training. This research aims to activate the effectiveness of educational programs that have been implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak in improving students' academic achievement. The evaluation was carried out using mixed methods, namely a combination of a quantitative approach through analysis of student academic achievement data and a qualitative approach through interviews with related parties. The evaluation results show that the tutoring program has had a positive impact on improving student academic achievement, however the program to improve learning facilities and teacher training has not been fully effective. Based on these findings, this research provides recommendations for optimizing the implementation of educational programs by integrating digital technology, increasing parental involvement, and conducting regular teacher training. With continuous evaluation and improvement, it is hoped that student academic achievement at SMP Negeri 1 Hamparan Perak can continue to improve significantly.

Hadith is a course that is studied in almost all study programs at State Islamic Universities. In addition, hadith is also the basis for legal issues discussed in courses related to law such as Fiqh, fiqh muamalah, siyasah, jinayah, mawaris and others. However, researcher saw that during the process of learning hadith in the tsudy program other than the Science of the Qur'an and Tafsir, it was found that many students were still not able to recite the hadith which was used as a postulate for a law when used in a discussion, even most of them did not know the term takhrij hadith. This paper aims to explain how important it is to learn and understand the science of takhrij hadith for all students at Islamic Universities because they will interact with hadiths related to the law that need to be ascertained the status of the hadith. The method used in this study is a qualitative method starting with observations and interviews with students in the Qur'an and Tafsir Study Program, Islamic Economic Law Study Program, Sharia Banking Study Program, Constitutional Law, Islamic Criminal Law and also the Islamic Religious Education Study Program STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. The results of the study show that the majority of students still do not know the science of takhrij hadith and do not understand how to check the authenticity of a hadiths or not unless it is stated in the reference they use. The researcher sees the importance of students knowing the science of takhrij hadith, at least knowing how to make a practical and easy takhrij, namely with a contemporary method (digital), either using software such as maktabah shamilah or directly online to trusted websites such as www.dorar.net or www.islamweb.net. At least students have the knowledge to extract hadith from its original source (ma??dir al-a?liyah) so that the status of a hadith used as a postulate for a law in their learning is known. In addition, they can take advantage of this knowledge of takhrij to check the validity of a hadith that is now widely spread among the public or on social media quickly and easily.

Construction of Social Education Values ??in Surah Al-Ma'un. Education and social can’t be separated in a role. Social education plays important role in the formation of social institutions and social environment and its influence on quality of individuals who build society. Through this research, researchers want to reveal the components that make up the value of social education in Surah Al-Maun. The researcher used qualitative methods with descriptive analysis approach from literature review. The compiler also used the Maudu'i method which is a method of interpreting Al-Quran verses based on certain themes or topics discussed in the surah or part of the verse being studied. With this research, it was found that the value of social education in Surah Al-Maun is to build awareness among others, in this case it is emphasized for orphans and the poor by giving alms from the best goods. In this discussion, the interpretation of worship and muamalah must be in harmony. It is concluded that good and correct worship produces individuals who care about society and are not limited to God. So that the results of spiritual relationship have relevance to human aspect, giving rise to tolerance and concern which are the values ??of social education in Surah Al-Maun.

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Aspek konteks adanya dukungan, terlaksananya program KKN jangka panjang, menengah dan pendek, (2) Aspek input adanya struktur organisasi KKN, memahmi buku pedoman KKN, kesesuaian pembekalan KKN dan terlaksananya kegiatan KKN dengan efektif dan efesien, (3) Aspek proses adanya perencanaan, evaluasi dan pengawasan dari pihak kampus dan mitra di Sanggar Belajar Kamus Gombak Utara Malaysia, (4) Aspek produk: a) Bidang Keagamaan, melaksanakan praktik sholat dan tahsin Al-Qur’an; b) Bidang Pendidikan mengajar dan melakukan les untuk mata pelajaran umum dan keagamaan; c) Bidang Kesenian, membuat kerajinan tangan menggunakan bahan benang dan pernak pernik sebagai bahan pembuatan gelang dan cincin.

Mahasiswa merupakan generasi penerus dan cendekiawan muda dalam pembangunan bangsa. Sangat diperlukan jiwa kepemimpinan dalam diri mahasiswa, dengan cara mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya melalui pengalamannya dalam berorganisasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran organisasi PMII dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan. Manfaat penelitian yaitu sumber pembelajaran bagi semua pihak, Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu angket yang terdiri dari 8 indikator dengan 16 pertanyaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota organisasi mahasiswa PMII STAI JM Tanjung Pura. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin sebanyak 50 orang. temuan penelitian menunjukkan hasil rata-rata pada persentase alternative jawaban responden dominan yaitu 56,7% dimana rentang ini berada pada kategori “Baik”. Maka disimpulkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap peran Organisasi PMII dalam membentuk karakter kepemimpinan mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Jam’iyah Mahmudiyah Tanjung Pura berada pada kategori “Baik”.

Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Big Book Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Tema Ekosistem Siswa Kelas V SDN INPRES Perumnas 2 Waena

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of the use of Big Book media on science learning outcomes on the ecosystem matter at SDN Inpres Perumnas 2 Waena. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population in this study were fifth grade students and the sampling technique was a total sampling of 50 students. The data collection technique uses a test consisting of a pre-test and post-test, each with 20 multiple choice questions. The results of the trial test on 20 students and validity were obtained with r count = 0.765 with a significance level of 5% with rtable = 0.404. Reliability test with index r11 = 0.773 with high category reliability. The difference between questions is in the good and very good categories, while the difficulty level of the questions is in the categories of 25% easy, 50% medium and 25% difficult. Furthermore, the differentiating power of the test was found to be 15% of questions in the very good category, 35% in the good category, 50% in the quite good category. Descriptive data analysis techniques related to the description of the achievement of mastery of science learning outcomes on the ecosystem matter in the low category were 6 people (24%), in the medium category 11 people (44%) and in the high category 8 people (32%). The pre-test and post-test normality tests for the experimental class obtained sig values of 0.286 > 0.05 and 0.156 > 0.05, which means the data is normally distributed. The homogeneity test obtained a significance value of 0.992 > 0.05, which means the data is homogeneous. Test the hypothesis using an independent sample test and obtain a t count of 1.73 and t table = 1.677 because t count > t table then ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the use of Big Book media on the science learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Inpres Perumnas 2 Waena.

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah mempunyai kewajiban sentral dalam membimbing dan menumbuhkan kinerja practitioner di lingkungan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjabarkan hasil strategi dan pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap peningkatan kinerja practitioner. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di beberapa sekolah menengah. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap motivasi dan kinerja practitioner. Kepala sekolah yang bisa memberikan arahan yang nyata, memberdayakan staf, dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, mendorong terciptanya budaya pembelajaran yang dinamis di sekolah. Selain itu, kebijakan penilaian kinerja practitioner yang transparan dan berorientasi pengembangan turut berperan dalam merangsang upaya pengembangan diri para pendidik. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut mengenai pentingnya peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya mengembangkan program pelatihan kepemimpinan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman kepala sekolah dalam mengelola dan memotivasi tenaga kependidikan. Dengan cara ini, sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan menyediakan lingkungan yang mendorong peningkatan mutu pendidikan.

Penelitian ini mengkaji relevansi konsep pendidikan Ibnu Sina di SMKS TI Muhammadiyah 11 Sibuluan. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui relevansi pendidikan Ibnu Sina dan menganalisis penerapannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research), fokus pada pendekatan Kualitatif untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif. Metode ini melibatkan analisis, sintesis, dan evaluasi terhadap literatur yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal, dan dokumen lainnya. Untuk meningkatkan keabsahan data, penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data dengan membandingkan berbagai sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Proses analisis dengan reduksi data untuk menyajikan temuan yang komprehensif, kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan yang mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Ibnu Sina mengemukakan konsep pendidikan yang mencakup tujuan, kurikulum, metode, dan guru. Tujuan pendidikan diklasifikasikan meliputi jasmani, budi pekerti, dan keterampilan, serta membagi kurikulum berdasarkan jenjang usia. Metode pembelajarannya meliputi talqin, demonstrasi, keteladanan, diskusi, magang, penugasan, tarhib, dan targhib. Guru, menurutnya, harus menjadi teladan dengan sifat-sifat seperti akal sehat, agama yang kuat, berakhlakul karimah, pemahaman tentang peserta didik, berwibawa, kepribadian yang tangguh, wawasan luas, tutur kata yang sopan, pintar, terpelajar, berpenampilan yang baik dan rapi, dan hati yang tulus. Meskipun pemikirannya tidak dilahirkan di era modern, konsep pendidikan Ibnu Sina masih relevan dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai Islam dari Al-Qur’an dan Sunnah, sehingga dapat mengembangkan dan memudahkan dalam proses pencapaian tujuan pendidikan baik secara lembaga maupun nasional.

Rendahnya Motivasi dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran kelas VIII–6. 60% dari 30 anak masih belum memenuhi KKM. Ada banyak murid di sini. Tujuan penelitian penulis adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dengan mengajarkan siswa kelas VIII–6 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran cara melempar bola salju dengan menggunakan bola kertas akan meningkatkan hasil belajarnya. Dalam penelitian ini, empat proses digunakan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siswa SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran kelas VIII–VII ikut serta dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus, dengan dua sesi pada setiap siklusnya. Berdasarkan penelitian, siswa kelas VIII–6 SMP Negeri 1 Kisaran dapat berprestasi belajar materi artikel ilmiah populer mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia yang lebih baik apabila menggunakan teknik pembelajaran melempar bola salju dengan bola kertas. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah dengan bantuan paradigma pembelajaran lempar bola salju semoga pembelajaran kedepannya dapat ditingkatkan.

Educational quality is a complex and multifaceted issue. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model to improve educational quality. This study employs a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. Thematic data analysis is used to analyze the data. The findings reveal that the education program at MAS Al-Washliyah has made some progress, but there are still several obstacles that need to be addressed. Recommendations made in this study are to strengthen the role of stakeholders, improve the quality of teachers and education personnel, provide adequate facilities and infrastructure, and increase community participation in education programs.

Learning at the primary school level is an important stage for instilling strong basic concepts for students, especially in the introduction of letters and numbers. The use of appropriate learning media can improve student understanding. Adobe Flash Professional CS6 is one of the applications that can be used as interactive learning media for letter and number recognition. This study aims to analyze the use of Adobe Flash Professional CS6 in the introduction of letters and numbers in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological study design, involving interviews, observation, and documentation. The research was conducted at a public elementary school in Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra, with informants being the principal, school operator, and several classroom teachers. The results show that Flash-based learning media can visualize abstract concepts to be more concrete and interesting through animation and interactive features, thus helping students understand the material better and increasing their learning motivation. However, the use of digital-based learning media requires parental assistance to supervise children's use of technology. Training and capacity building of teachers in using information technology is also very important.

This study aims to examine the influence of the relationship between teacher competence in using learning technology and student learning motivation. The study utilized a sample of 30 respondents, collecting data through a questionnaire to measure scores of teacher competence (X) and student learning motivation (Y). Correlation analysis yielded a correlation coefficient (r_xy) of 0.880, indicating a significant positive relationship between the two variables. The findings emphasize the importance of investing in training and developing teachers' abilities to effectively utilize technology as a supportive tool in the learning process.
